We are currently seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic for our 1st Shift (M-F 7am-3:30pm) at our Eastford, CT Facility.

Department: Formed Sheet Metal
Shift: 1st Shift (M-F 7am-3:30pm)

What the position initials include:
- Correcting aerospace parts, sheet metal, after heat treat to meet customer requirements
- Assembly: Assembling details of the product to meet customer requirements
- Deburr: Grind, sand, sand blast metal part that have excess material
- Inspect product using basic measuring equipment (Calipers)
- Ensure that each and every set-up has been inspected and accepted by the department lead, Inspector, or designee

- Must have a positive attitude and embrace the flow line concept (Kaizen Production System)
- Must be dependable, including transportation
- Must have excellent attention to detail and willing to learn new processes
- Able to stay on task during required hours
