About the role:
- HYBRID: 1-2 days in Plano office
- NO OVERNIGHT travel!
- DFW Territory
- Full sales cycle role -- Prospecting and closing new business!
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience selling to multifamily ownership and/or property management
- Ideally have an existing network of contacts within multifamily/property management/construction management
- Bidding/estimating experience is a huge plus
