What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Attendant position at Putt Nation?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest requests for amenities, such as extra towels or room service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
