Job Summary:
In this exciting and groundbreaking role, you’ll focus on bridging gaps and being a liaison between the business and stakeholders through project management, design/creation of business reporting, analysis and documentation of business/process requirements and distilling insights, patterns and actionable recommendations from data. The successful candidate will possess and apply a mix of hard and soft skills in support of business objectives, process improvement and strategic outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed business and process analysis to elicit the business needs of stakeholders and creating/documenting/implementing solutions for various types of initiatives
- Creating and maintaining reports of record across the enterprise
- Defining and documenting detailed business and process requirements for automation and other projects
- Leading and performing user acceptance testing activities
- Participation in business monitoring, planning, and forecasting
- Collecting, compiling and analyzing data and distilling out patterns, insights and actionable recommendations
- Conducting external research and reviews/evaluates the effectiveness of existing processes, making improvement recommendations where appropriate
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide clear direction
- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, technologies and best practices relevant to industry and Business Analysis practice

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a relevant field
- 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Business Analysis certification (IIBA etc.), PMP or green/lack belt certification a plus
- Completion of specialized Business Analysis training a plus
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
