Job Title: HCM Optimization Specialist

Job Summary:
In this unique and rewarding position, the HCM Optimization Specialist takes a strategic and consultative approach to recommend enhancements to clients’ current practices, implement best practices, and evaluate and build out HCM modules to make our client’s day to day processes, and key business decision making more effective. These HCM modules may include Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Onboarding, Compensation, Reports, etc.
You’ll play the liaison between the client and their chosen vendor, completing projects and tasks and administering all data uploading. This position also works in tandem with our HR Program Managers to provide administrative support to the client’s human resource function as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships and communications with internal partners, clients, and clients’ employees.
- Manages the clients’ HCM Optimization Projects from start to finish.
- Implements solutions that positively impact the entire client organization.
- Examine existing client HRIS/Payroll systems, interface specifications and operational needs to optimize system and process design around each client’s unique needs.
- Performs necessary clerical functions.
- Documents any new and/or proposed standard operating procedures for the role.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- HCM System experience required.
- Client HCM Implementation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Paylocity, iSolved, Paychex and/or ADP Workforce Now platforms preferred.
- Payroll processing experience preferred.
- SHRM certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of at-desk-work.
