Program Manager
Quantico, VA- Hybrid
PVM, Inc is actively seeking an experienced, Quantico, VA based Program Manager. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' missions and ensuring the success of their projects. Operating as the operational leader of your account, you will be responsible for driving its growth and achieving customer objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver impactful outcomes. Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor, you will assess their needs, business objectives, and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all customer requirements and expectations as a system to holistically respond to change by controlling cost, schedule, and performance.
- Facilitating, supporting, and overseeing the PVM team to achieve outcomes that meet and exceed expectations.
- Evaluating progress, navigating scope complexity, and adapting to maximize the intended customer value and enable your team’s success.
- Engaging stakeholders proactively and managing conflict to achieve customer success.
- Maintaining a focus on quality to meet objectives and align to requirements.
- Building adaptability and resilience into your team’s approaches.
- Monitoring and controlling change while anticipating and aligning future resource needs.
- Continually evaluating risk to maximize positive impacts while minimizing negative impacts.
- Developing and delivering customer briefing and reporting items to ensure the customer is informed.
- Continually evaluating the financial health of their account’s contracts and initiating change as needed to maximize financial health.
- Drafting, sending, and ensuring customer invoices are paid.
- Using Inbound methodologies and with a focus on impact and relationships, identifying and evaluating opportunities for growth and potential capture.
- Coordinating with PVM Operations to initiate proposals relevant to account opportunities.
- Directly support developing initiatives for increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Directly support the proposal team through the entire submission process for relevant account opportunities.
- Ensuring relevant proposals are completed within established customer deadlines.
- Reviewing all project reporting & briefings
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 3 years of Account Management experience
- Previous experience working with US Special Forces and other government entities is a plus

Education:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- PMP certification is a plus
Tools:
- Experience with web-based project management tools: Azure DevOps, Asana, or Jira
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Office, SharePoint), BambooHR, Mavenlink/Katana
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent people skills and intuition about the customers’ business needs
- Project/Program Management skills with Agile methodology or Scrum experience preferred

Salary: $100,000- $130,000
