PYA Waltman Capital Client Services Coordinator

PYA Waltman Capital, LLC is seeking a qualified Client Service Coordinator candidate to join our growing team. The Client Service Coordinator actively participates in the continuous improvement of the firm’s standardized processes, collaborates with teams throughout the firm, and ensures timely and accurate execution of requests. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing problems to find solutions and providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administratively coordinate the setup up of new accounts, managed client and custodian paperwork, and generate client portfolio reports
• Provide support to clients and the client planning team, including gathering and organizing data, assisting with preparation for client meetings, and managing action items
• Maintain the firm’s document management systems and other relevant technological resources
• Collaborate on assignment completion in a solution-oriented manner with high attention to detail
• Assist with general office administrative tasks including scanning, account documentation, answering phones, and other projects and duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of administrative experience, preferably with a professional services firm or in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, especially in Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
• Team player, collaborative, takes initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Committed to providing excellent client service; possesses a passion to help new and existing clients

POSITION TYPE

Full-time: office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Overtime may be required periodically depending upon workload and projects.
