Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key Skills- ADMINISTRATIVE, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, MEETING, CALENDAR, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, J&J
  • Provide support with calendar management, meeting support, expense reports, org. charts, distribution lists, Totality requests, partnering and working as a team with other admins on team and assisting Executive Admin Asst., as needed with all admin duties.
  • Preferably with Company (J&JJ or Pharm experience with Concur, eMarketplace, MS Teams, Outlook and other systems.
  • Experience with larger teams in fast-paced environments preferred.
  • 8-10 years admin/Sr. Admin/Coordinator experience in Pharm industry preferred.
  • The Administrative Assistant will provide support to various top executives/leaders and team members within the Medical Affairs department.
  • What would you consider to be the top 3, non-negotiable skills that you'll be looking for when reviewing candidate resumes?:
  • Calendar management and very detailed oriented and organized with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Concur/exp reports experience
  • Working within a team environment and partnering with other team admins
  • Pharm (JNJ preferred) experience
  • At least 8-10 years admin/Sr. Admin/Coordinator experience in Pharm industry/Pharmaceutical preferred.
  • Experience with larger, fast-paced environments.
  • Independent, pro-active can work on own, as well as within a team environment.
  • Provide support with calendar management, meeting support, expense reports, org. charts, distribution lists, Totality requests, partnering with other admins on team and assisting Executive Admin Asst.
  • Preferably with Company experience or Pharm experience with Concur, eMarketplace and other systems.
  • Experience with larger, fast-paced environments.
  • 8-10 years admin/Sr. Admin/Coordinator experience in Pharm industry.
