About Us
Republic Airways Hotel to open March 2023 will be a 276 room hotel that will be connected by skybridge to the Republic Airways new training center. The hotel will exclusively service Republic Airways crew members attending training at the training center.
Description
The Kitchen manager will be responsible for all food planning, preparation, production, and control for our food outlet
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
- Hiring new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
- Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
- Working with the Executive Chef to develop and maintain menus and offerings
- Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
- Creating schedules for all kitchen staff
- Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
