*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. *Duties* - Manage and resolve technical issues for desktop and laptop systems - Install, configure, and maintain software applications - Set up and troubleshoot hardware components - Provide technical support for network connectivity - Assist in maintaining Active Directory user accounts - Perform system upgrades as needed - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations *Experience* - Proficiency in computer management and troubleshooting - Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems - Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS - Understanding of computer networking concepts - Experience in providing technical support to end-users - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues promptly - Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
