Job Description: We are seeking a Commissions Reporting Analyst to join our team, responsible for utilizing Microsoft Excel to calculate and report on commissions for our ambassadors and finance departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to accurately calculate commissions for the ambassador team based on predefined commission structures.
- Analyze and validate sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and report on commission earnings for our field ambassadors.
- Generate reports on a regular basis to provide insight into commission earnings, trends, and performance.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure commissions align with financial goals and targets.
- Work closely with other departments to address commission-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Continuously improve and optimize commission calculation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new commission structures or changes to existing ones.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
