What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser (KCMO) position at Q39 Restaurant?
Summary Ensure that Q39 guests have an outstanding dining experience by providing quality customer service. Service is provided by removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner, cleaning FOH tables and serving stations, replenishing dining room supplies, and coordinating efforts with the FOH team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare dining rooming and wait for stations for service at the beginning of a shift, perform side work as assigned, keep service areas stocked and clean, and transition smoothly to the next busser when a shift has concluded.
- At the end of the business day, clean and close service stations and dining room per Q39 procedures. Follow equipment maintenance and advise managers of any equipment or supply issues.
- Contribute effectively to the FOH team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and excellent guest experiences. This includes filling in and assisting fellow servers, food runners, bussers, and bartenders.
