We are looking for a Sales Consultant with previous experience selling elective healthcare procedures to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive approach and be able to follow up with leads and prospects promptly. Additionally, they should have experience dealing with medical practices that do not accept insurance.
QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice that treats arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain without using surgery, steroids, or pain medications.
As a Sales Consultant, you will build and nurture professional relationships with leads and prospects. Your job will be to increase new patient consultations and treatment sales each month to enhance the clinic's gross revenue.
The position requires you to feel comfortable learning a script and understanding the physiology of each treatment we offer. You will present details regarding medical providers' recommended procedures and discuss patient financing options.
Your target goal will be achieving and maintaining a 50% to 60% baseline conversion ratio with 12-15 consultations daily. You will also perform community outreach and marketing activities to expand the clinic's patient base. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing department to optimize the clinic's marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the physiology of each treatment offered and be able to explain each treatment to patients
- Conduct daily outreach and marketing activities to increase clinic and patient grow
- Assist in building a business referral system for the new MSK and Hairlines
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize campaigns
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective patients seeking an alternative to surgery and pain medication
- Utilize CRM to manage and follow up with leads generated through multiple marketing channels
- Educate patients on state-of-the-art regenerative medicine procedures - Work closely with the medical team and other clinic personnel
- Learn and deliver accurate descriptions for each treatment option prescribed by the medical provider
- Explain the financial breakdown and help patients qualify for financing options
- Manage and achieve sales objectives and quantitative goals that align with the organization's strategy, mission, and vision
- Consistently close more than 50% of patients seen
Success Factors:
- The candidate should preferably have experience in medical consultative sales and/or transactional sales
- Experience with regenerative medicine, pain management, and orthopedics is a plus
- Familiarity with third-party finance options like CareCredit is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new medical terminology and explain medical procedures to patients and associates
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Should be coachable and open to continual sales training and quality improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate should have at least 3 years of transactional or consultative sales experience
- You must have at least 2 years of experience in a related healthcare industry-based environment and/or elective medical procedures, or 5 years as a proven Sales Leader.
- Interpersonal communication skills and working effectively with a diverse community are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, and experience with Salesforce are a plus
- You should also understand legal and ethical standards for delivering medical care and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
The position details are as follows:
- Full-time, in clinic on (WED/THURS) and (MON/TUES) field sales days
- Clinics located in Ft. Myers and Naples, FL
- Work hours may vary from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hr. lunch)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
- College degree in Communications/Marketing (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, medical terminology, computer skills, and inside/outside sales
The compensation for this position is $50,000 - $90,000 BOE - Incentive bonus tied to sales performance. You must be able to attend a two-day training class before starting work. Local applicants are encouraged to apply.
