What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Agent position at QCC, LLC?
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for creating lasting relationships with our customers and driving customer satisfaction by providing quality care. Our Customer Service Agents provide knowledgeable, professional, and efficient service for our clientele. Additionally Customer Service Agents drive sales by presenting pre-existing customers and consumers with valuable information about product and service choices.
Customer Service Agent Tasks & Duties:
- Enter all orders, from a variety of sources: directly from customers or from other client departments..
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the client policies, and special programs and effectively apply this knowledge to all customer service situations.
- Interact with other client team members regarding activity from key accounts to help build a customer profile that becomes a basis for account growth, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
- Assist Customer Service Manager with new Customer Service Associate training as needed.
- Perform related and special duties as assigned.
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No prior experience is necessary we provide on the job training for all of our Customer Service Associates
- Applicants should be posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
