Position Description
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's daily operations. Depending on the area of experts, this position is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, providing employee administrative support, facilitating performance management, and implementing training and development initiatives. This position requires to be on-site located in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HRBPs and other HR Specialists as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include on/offboarding, transfers, HR administration, performance management, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Address employee queries and resolve employee relations issues, escalating to senior HR staff as needed.
- Assist in workforce planning initiatives, analyzing workforce data to support organizational goals.
- Support talent management processes, including succession planning and career development programs.
- Assess training needs and collaborate with department heads to address those needs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Create and disseminate corporate communications, including newsletters, announcements, and policy updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a equivalent field experience A minimum of 3 years of HR operations experience
- HR certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
