Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
- Maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
- Overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
- Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Managing food and labor costs
- Managing and maintaining safe working conditions
- Managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover; initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
- Interviewing and hiring team members
