Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members during assigned shift
- Recognize and reward achievements of team members
- Assign job duties and set goals
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests
- Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries/practices
- Assist in inventory control
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Preform all duties of cook, cashier, and line server
