We are searching for a hardworking individual with passion and experience in and for the flooring industry and ready to take the lead as a Site Merchandiser, based in Johnson City, Tennessee, Boca Raton, Florida or remote! We’d love to learn from your experience and also share with you all of ours.
As a Site Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer shopping experience as result of executing the online merchandising strategies for multiple categories of business leveraged by website analytics, industry trends and competitive research.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Understand competitive landscape primarily focused on navigation and customer experience and make recommendations to incorporate into business
- Maintain and update all product imagery, attributes, including: color names, pricing, markdowns, filters, tags, promotional pricing and copy
- Leverage product content to our customers, ensuring content is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on ensuring a flawless execution of special events, promotional strategy, sale events, product and clearance promotions

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in retail product marketing, online merchandising and e-commerce
- Proficiency with HTML a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent analytical and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
