The Sample Coordination Specialist is a key member of QPS’ Bioanalytical Support team, ensuring that client samples and other controlled materials are received, stored, distributed, tracked and returned safely, securely, confidentially and without loss or damage.
This role requires comfort with computer systems and databases, and requires independence, attention to detail, organization, and juggling multiple tasks.

The Job
Receive, process, store, distribute, track, and return client samples and other controlled materials without loss or damage.
Includes : Completing inventory and documenting discrepanciesReviewing associated documentation to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GLPs, and QPS SOPs.
Communicating with internal and external clients
Frequently lift and / or move 25 pounds. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Location
This job will be 100% QPS-office / facility based
Requirements
- High School Diploma, with 2 years related work experience, OR
- Associate’s degree in related science discipline a plus
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
- Comfort with computer systems and databases (Excel, Watson, LIMS)
