Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Golden, CO
Duration: W2 Contract
Requirements:
- Availability to work 4 days/week at the Client’s site in Golden, CO (required);
- Experience working as Help Desk Support Specialist (1 year);
- Experience with TCP/IP;
- Experience with Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7;
- Experience with Service Desk Ticket System;
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat;
- Experience with Active Directory;
- An associate degree in a related area.
Preferred:
- Service Now experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Answer call center phones in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
- Open a ticket for support and provide that support once trained.
- Create new network user accounts per procedure,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per year
