Job Description
- Undergraduate or graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar careers
- Experience in HR or Administration jobs
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, motivational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to effectively interact in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
- The ability to provide quality customer service
- Willingness to learn and be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for running background checks and keeping track of them
- Preparing offer letters and offer packages for candidates
- Communication with the recruiting team and HR manager throughout the process and providing timely updates
- Ensure candidate and new hire engagement during the onboarding process by providing progress updates and support through effective communication
- Be able to quickly learn and understand company policies and processes to be able to support
- Employee requests related to the project
- Focus on a high level of customer satisfaction through soliciting stakeholder feedback and timely follow-up
