Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Wireless Foreman to lead our wireless construction teams in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless communication systems. As a Wireless Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of wireless projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality wireless solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead field crew members, ensuring work is performed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Direct and coordinate tasks to optimize productivity.
- Assemble, climb, and expertly hang rigging equipment on towers with precision.
- Conduct daily inspections on rigging equipment to maintain top-notch safety and operational standards.
- Skillfully choose cables, ropes, pulleys, capstans, blocks, and slings for securing overhead structures.
- Attach loads using advanced grappling devices, exhibiting mastery in safety protocols.
- Assist with various tasks as directed by the foreman, contributing to a seamless workflow.
- Participate actively in on-the-job training, fostering continuous improvement.
- Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Exhibit positive, cooperative, and courteous behavior towards customers, businesses, and co-workers.
- Provide technical and consulting support to enhance project outcomes.
- Direct workers engaged in hoisting machinery and equipment with precision.
- Complete required paperwork diligently, including timecards, expense reports, and service reports.
- Always uphold and maintain OSHA safety standards.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Proficient rigging skills are preferred.
- Willingness to learn and execute climbing, rigging, safety, and company work procedures.
- Ability to climb a 300 ft. vertical tower with confidence.
- Comfortable working in high elevations.
- Must be able to transport items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to conduct field work at various locations.
Salary : $35 - $40
