Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Learning and Development Representative. You will be working with all divisions and departments facilitating the new hire training and on-going learning for our employees.
This position is remote with the requirement to sometimes commute to the San Antonio, TX office location.

Job Summary
Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Keeps abreast of training and development research : learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
May evaluate and / or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and / or administer training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct orientation and job specific training for new team members to ensure understanding of the job, responsibilities, policies and procedures
Train team members on compensation and pension disability worksheets and Leidos QTC Health Services case management software
Conduct team member refresher and update training
Develop training plans, calendars, and assist with training material development
Schedule training programs and ensure set up of materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
Update existing training procedures as necessary
Participate in the training team expansion requirements for corporate departments
Analyze, evaluate, and provide feedback related to training effectiveness
Test, evaluate, and offer feedback on new system updates
Provide operations support to team members as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college w / 2-4 years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Proficient in medical terminology
Vocational training in specific aspects of job functions and / or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks, preferably in a medical related area of study (e.
g., RN, LVN, LPN, EMT, MA, Military Medic, etc.) is a plus
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Must live within the Greater San Antonio, TX area

Pay / Experience (Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree) :
Level 2 : Bachelor’s degree w / 2-4 years of experience : $54,584 - $66,714 7% annual bonus potential
Level 3 : Bachelor’s degree w / 4-7 years of experience : $67,925 - $83,019 8% annual bonus potential
