Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need, and answer any questions they may have.
- Ring up customer purchases and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products we offer, including their features, benefits, and prices.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions, and communicate them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting products effectively.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash register transactions and manage store funds.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
- Possess strong organizational skills to ensure that the store is always tidy and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Possess fluency in multiple languages to better serve a diverse customer base.

-Fluent with some of the following programs, Sage (Peachtree) accounting, Word, Excel, Outlook, and many other programs to make your job proficient.

-May prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.

-May perform other jobs as assigned by supervisor.

Experience

- Previous experience in sales or a related field is required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
- Experience with wireless sales and product knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in a leadership role is an asset, demonstrating the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
