Expectations Include:
- Operate as main contact for assigned accounts
- Seek new accounts through business development efforts
- Confirm customer requirements and update any changes/confirmations to customer
- Quotes
- Input sales orders and create work orders in Mie TRAK
- Inventory /Checking materials and hardware
- Use of Purchase orders
- Verify completed work orders and update in system
- Maintain supplier records
- Negotiate on substitutions, returns, replacements and product, freight nd handling charges
- Reports to General Manger
Skills/Experience:
- 1-2 years experience as Project Manager, or 2-3 years work experience as an Estimator
- Computer/Software skills including Excel, Word, Mie TRAK Pro and Outlook
- Communication skills
- Work with other shop personnel
- Acute attention to detail is a must!
