1st shift, M-F

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates as the lead over the Warehouse Distribution operation. Direct assign associates by delegating tasks and ensuring their accurate and timely completion.
• Able to operate with limited oversight from supervisors/managers.
• Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving and processes outbound warehouse product.
• Oversee inventory level maintenance and perform accurate inventory counts.
• Oversee and verify receiving of inbound deliveries and understand container report.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments via LTL/FTL also create BOL's and service incoming drivers.
• Competent in using MAS to perform required tasks.
• Work closely with Managers, supervisors, Customer Service and Accounting to promptly communicate changes or problems.
• Oversee compliance with warehouse and OSHA regulations.
• Capable of performing all Level 1 and Level 2 tasks and responsibilities.
• Perform all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Must comply with all applicable SOP's, safety policies and procedures.
• Must complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure housekeeping and organization within area of responsibility is maintained.
• Complete Product Knowledge Training Class.
• Coach, train, and mentor Level 1 and 2 associates.
• Operate and run forklift (Sit Down)

Qualifications

• Must have forklift operating experience (sit down).
• Must have 3 years of experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment, including shipping, receiving and packaging.
• Experience working with FedEx and UPS systems.
• Must be bale to communicate effectively with management and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, positive attitude and exhibit company's core values.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Time management skills are a must.
• Proficient packaging/palletizing level. Must be presentable, organized and sate at all times.
