Make a significant impact in a growing startup with a big mission: help 100,000 teams in life sciences launch and scale life saving products. The role of our first Community Marketing Manager is to build out Qualio’s Customer Community as well as build a larger community for the life sciences industry where Qualio will serve as the connector, bringing everyone together so folks can learn, grow, network, and accelerate the industry.
You will work closely with your colleagues in customer marketing, product marketing as well as product, quality, sales, and customer success.
This individual will have experience launching new community initiatives, working extensively with internal and external stakeholders, and a passion for building customers and industry relationships, designing and executing the roadmap for community channels’ growth, success, and evolution.

What will I be doing?
- Design and execute a roadmap for community channels, virtual and in-person community programs
- Contribute to the growth of Qualio’s Life Sciences Community to help 100,000 teams in lifesciences
- Engage existing customers, partners, suppliers, and others while finding opportunities to obtain new members and growth.
- Report on community’s performance and leverage data to iterate and evolve future initiatives
- Keep a pulse on community interests and communicate with the internal content team to produce timely and relevant content.
- Represent Qualio in industry groups and online forums with Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Represent Qualio as a leader to the global life sciences community through thought leadership and digital engagement
- Work closely with Customer Marketing to create content, case studies, whitepapers, testimonials, and social proof from existing and new community members.
What skills do I need?
- 3-5 years leading community and marketing efforts in a B2B software environment
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once
- Proficiency in various community and other marketing platforms ( social media, hubspot, slack, etc.)
- Ability to lead, influence, and work cross-functionally.
- Bring new ideas and provide fresh perspectives on current processes
- Able to perform under pressure, hit community goals, prioritize and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
