Come join our team! We are a multi-specialty billing and consulting company for many of the providers in our area and we are growing fast! We are looking for 4 individuals that are detail-oriented Medical Billers with strong communication and problem-solving skills and who works well both independently and as part of a team. We offer competitive pay with one day of working remote. Our office is closed for all Major Holidays (with pay). In addition to paid Holidays we also have the day after July 4th, the day after Thanksgiving as well as 2 floating Holidays to use at your leisure. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies.
- Enter information into the billing software.
- Prepare regular, consolidated and special reports for management.
- Analyze accounts receivable to determine any money issues, and assess the likelihood of payment.
- Payment posting
- Address outstanding issues with patients that may impact their ability to pay their bills on time.
