Quality Brands is looking for a Sales Representative based in the Vail, CO area!
Job Overview: The Sales Rep is responsible for meeting all Sales and Merchandising Standards in their accounts. The Sales Rep is the Quality Brands frontline salesperson. They work to achieve account-specific goals and are responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers. Through Impact Standards, Account Reps work to dominate all retail accounts in their territory.
Responsibilities:
- Sell the marketplace at earliest customer convenience and/or at Team Leader’s direction.
- Complete all sales calls assigned daily.
- Ensure that all product is properly rotated on all displays, backstock and on shelves. All product with older dates must be placed in front of product with newer dates.
- Develop a business relationship with customers.
- Review sales and other pertinent information with customers.
- Sell in current and future price promotions with customers. Providing promotional signage to support.
- Ensure that all product is properly rotated in coolers and backstock. All product with older dates must be placed in front of product with newer dates.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships
- Ability to move products, hang merchandise and fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting, bending and pulling/pushing
- Preferred 1 or more years of selling experience·
- Preferred Beer/alcohol beverage industry knowledge
