What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Specialist ,Hospice position at QUALITY CARE SURGERY CENTER, LLC?
We are looking to hire a Hospice Project Specialist to help support our SNF Program .
Responsibilities include :
- Review hospice claims reports daily
- Processing of claims reports
- Create month end reports due report before the 5th of the month
- All Health Plan Reports
- Molina Report
- Hospice – Total Enrolled w/in the Month (By campus RMG/LMG, Total Adds, Total Terms)
- Hospice – Total Enrolled w/in the month by HP
- Cal Optima Hospice Enrollment
- Burbank & Glendale Hospice reports
- South D/C & Revocations Report
- Review and Submit Hospice Campus Reports All Campuses and separated North & South to Hospice Medical Director and Management
- Create South Region Weekly Admission Report
- Assists in coverage of all assignments including but not limited to review of all Hospice authorizations when hospice prior authorization coordinator is out of office to ensure authorization remain in regulatory compliance
- Create hospice coordinator assignments on a monthly basis
- Assist with daily hospice coordinator assignments
- Assist with Prior Authorization processing
- Audit Hospice coordinators and provide guidance
- Monitor hospice daily activities and ensure all hospice team task are completed in a timely manner and within compliance
- Create AD HOC hospice reports daily
- Assist hospice coordinators with daily activities during month end
- Assist with attachments and sending PCP letters
- Maintain all hospice references (DOFRs, templates, etc.)
- Create hospice coordinator call out list for month end
- Review hospice term reports and perform necessary updates
- Review hospice coordinator productivity reports
- Ensure proper running order of hospice database if there’s any issues reach out to Decision Support team
- Any assigned projects
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22.00-$24.00/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
