What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse position at Quality Door & Millwork?
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will primarily be loading and unloading doors and trim into a trailer and offloading at new construction sites around southeast Idaho. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Offload materials into homes.
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle and trailer
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to maneuver a 20' trailer (training provided)
- Ability to operate forklifts (training provided)
- Excellent time management skills
- Good driving record
Abilities
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with other workers
- Navigate service area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
