Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator at QES will assist in managing grant-funded projects aimed at mitigating flood-prone structures. This role supports our mission by ensuring that our project deliverables align with our commitment to community safety and quality of life, from inception through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and management of grants related to flood mitigation projects.
• Coordinate and collect necessary documentation and information from homeowners, contractors, and local officials.
• Support the Grant Manager in executing project plans and ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with grants, especially related to federal or state environmental projects, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
