Hotel Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services, hospitality management, and customer service. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our guests, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain positive guest relations
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase bookings

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is required
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries or complaints
- Familiarity with human resources processes such as hiring, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, night audit, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
