Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Property Regional Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our properties within a designated region. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth across all properties in the region.
  • Lead and mentor property-level sales and operations teams to optimize performance, productivity, and guest service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, revenue management, and finance to align strategies and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development opportunities and enhance the brand's reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-property management role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
