Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Property Regional Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our properties within a designated region. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth across all properties in the region.
Lead and mentor property-level sales and operations teams to optimize performance, productivity, and guest service standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, revenue management, and finance to align strategies and maximize profitability.
Conduct regular property visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development opportunities and enhance the brand's reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-property management role.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving business objectives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
