As a Recruiter with Quality Private Duty Care, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for multiple offices within the Agency.
Some of the things you will do:
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on staffing needs, industry standards, and the needs of the agency.
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Peak candidates’ interest by providing information about the company, job duties and benefits.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates, as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, nursing schools and community leaders.
- Attend job fairs, college, nursing school and community events.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in professional and community associations.
- Perform various customer service-related activities.
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience: in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of Agency objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
- Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to travel to multiple offices, schools and events.
Salary : $45,600 - $57,800
