YOUR LIFE AS A REPAIR TECHNICIAN
This Vacuum Repair Technician typically works Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, or Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, hours are very flexible with before or after store hours available.
As a Repair Technician, you offer a key service to our customers. Each day you get to use and further develop your tinkering and mechanical skills. You love getting your hands dirty as you identify problems and make repairs. You are also responsible for ordering special repair parts when needed. Aside from working on vacuum cleaners, you also get to manage communication with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with your service. You get a great feeling of satisfaction from keeping our vacuum cleaners in tip-top shape!
You also get the opportunity to show our customers new products that may be a better fit for them. Many people have the wrong vacuum for their cleaning needs. Some vacuums don't have key features. Some vacuums are simply to old and past their working life. As a Repair Technician, you get to advise our customers on the homecare options available to them. If they decide to purchase something new, you earn additional sales commissions.
