Sales Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or used vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and provide accurate information on pricing and financing options.

2. Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing their questions and needs professionally and effectively.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on vehicle features, specifications, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed information to customers.

4. Lead Generation: Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads through various methods, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.

5. Flexible Schedule: Work full time with a flexible schedule, including a 42-hour work week, and no Sundays.

6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets to maximize earning potential.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates at all experience levels.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team and be a team player.
  • Basic computer skills for completing sales documentation.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

Compensation:

  • Compensation structure includes both commissioned and hourly positions, depending on experience.
  • Earning potential between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, based on performance.

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present and demonstrate product features to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
