Landscape Production Manager

We’re a rapidly growing company that is looking for an individual to join our team as a Production Manager of our Landscape Division that has been successful in the field as a Crew Leader/Foreman, and/or Production Manager, or has run their own landscaping company. This position is located at our Pataskala location. This position needs to be self-motivated, multi-tasking, and have customer service skills. Experience: 

• 3-5 years as a Landscape Crew Leader/Foreman in the field 

• 2-3 years as a Production Manager preferred but not required.

• Savy computer knowledge/skills; Excel, Word, Scheduling software, Email, Microsoft Teams, etc 

• Managing multiple direct reports, Multi-Tasking, Self-Motivating,  

• Technical Knowledge/Experience in following services: 

• Pruning Trees/Shrubs 

• Tree Removal and Stump Griding 

• Edging/Mulching 

• Plant Installs 

• Landscape Lighting 

• Lawn Care, Seeding, Mowing 

• Experience Operating: Truck & Trailer, Skid Steer, Mini Skid Steer w/ attachments, Tractor and Snow Removal. 

• Training and/or Certifications in the green industry a plus but not necessary  

Duties: 

• Responsible for 4-6 Landscape Crews 

• Hiring/Training Landscape Crew Leaders and Crew Members 

• Planning/Organizing/Scheduling landscape jobs and equipment 

• Supervising & supporting crews to ensure complete/quality work, budgeted hours and policies being followed. 

• Managing/Processing crew’s daily paperwork  

• Customer satisfaction and administrative support 

Expectations: 

• No Smoking or Cussing 

• Must Pass Drug Screen 

• A valid driver’s license, with 2 points or less, is required to drive company vehicles. 

• Must have good time management, problem solving skills and ability to motivate others.

Salary : $51,800 - $65,600
