Job Description
We are seeking for:
Enthusiastic, Sales Team Lead to join our established Melbourne Sales Team where you will be responsible for leading and growing the sales map, acquiring new restaurant partners, and taking your team to the next level!
About the Candidate:
- You are passionate about sales, have experience growing teams, and enjoy leading by example.
- You are interested in F&B and industry-disrupting technology.
- You will be working with a team of highly motivated Business Development Managers striving to educate local restaurants on all things digital with the goal to grow the industry as a whole.
- You are the person that always finishes top of the sales table and you do all you can to lift up your team members to drive a rising tide for all.
- You have professional experience in a SaaS and/or performance-based industry and are looking to further develop your sales and leadership skills.
Their impact as a Sales Team Lead:
- Lead and manage the VIC field sales team to ensure that individual and team sales targets and KPIs are consistently hit and exceeded
- Assist with the national management team in sales strategy, development, and implementation
- Monitor individual KPI’s and provide monthly performance review
- Manage team adherence and culture
- Acquisition of new partners in the food and beverage industry
- Meeting personal and team KPIs (quantitative and qualitative goals)
- Strategic support of marketing initiatives to our most reputable partners
