What you’ll do: You will be working as a Technical Project Manager within the healthcare domain, where you will focus on module level integration and collaboration across other areas of projects, helping healthcare and life sciences organizations achieve their business goals with use of Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Technologies, Cloud Services & DevOps amongst other cutting edge technologies. You will be working with Architects from other specialties such as Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, ML Engineering to create platforms, solutions and applications that cater to latest trends in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Role & Responsibilities: Ability to handle delivery responsibilities in a high paced environment where you are empowered to make a difference Responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to innovate, transform and build capability using transformative technologies Accountable for leading end-to-end execution of projects: Requirement gathering, problem formulation, day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality work in a collaborative environment Develop and bring in deep functional knowledge and expertise for various business use cases Understanding of project management philosophy (waterfall, agile, kanban) Works with business users as well enterprise technology members to implement and own the Domain Driven model capable of modeling all pharmaceutical data sources Ability to proactively identify potential customer issues and resolve them Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions Skills expectation: You would be involved in the project delivery and client partnership growth which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred. Must Haves In depth knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare IT landscape with experience working for or at Life Sciences companies Domain knowledge and familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources and systems and their integrations Knowledge of working on Cloud technologies like Google cloud platform/AWS Ability to lead technology teams and provide them mentorship / support to accelerate performance Experience in leading multiple large projects as well as a deep understanding of Agile developments Effective communication with all the stakeholders involved Communicate clearly about complex subjects and technical plans with technical and non technical audiences Good to haves Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence,etc is a plus Agile framework understanding Leading the team and mentoring Behavioral Skills: Effective and clear communication with all the stakeholders involved Ability to communicate clearly about complex subjects and technical plans Ability to mentor junior members of the team and provide them with guidance and support Must also have the ability to interact with other members of the team (Juniors, Seniors, ATA, TA, BA, etc) to get their designs from concept to development If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
