Quantum is a well-established and renowned health care service provider offering a full range of clinical care and support service at home. We are currently looking for an office manager who is experienced, professional, and well-rounded individual for our Home Health and Hospice Company.
Office Manager – Full Time
Job Summary: Responsible for successfully completing all incoming referrals and ensure the smooth running of the entire process. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Receive referrals and obtain all necessary customer/patient, medical, and demographic information from a variety of referral sources via various communication methods to establish and coordinate medical products
- Complete all required frontend paperwork
- Set up new customer account and corresponding master files in the software
· Triage all incoming requests based on the date of receipt and date of service for the customer/patient to ensure appropriate action is taken related to service level agreements
· Monitor the status of all referrals to confirm successful admission using various communication methods
- Communicate effectively to ensure that all referral needs are met in a timely manner
- Follow internal escalation process when service agreements and/or customer/patient satisfaction is at risk
- Coordinate documentation transfers for timely billing
- Supervise and monitor the work of support staff
- Manage office budgets
- Liaison with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems
- Attend meetings and coordinate with the management
- Assist with hiring of office/support staff
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Required
- Candidates with clinical background would be preferred
- Proficient in MS Office programs and able to learn new software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements
Experience: Minimum one year relevant experience in a health care setting
