Materials Control Manager

We have now stood up a wholly owned, and US operated business, Quantum Systems Inc., in the United States. This business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America. As a result of this expansion, we have an Materials Control Manager opening for a well-qualified candidate.

The Materials Control Manager supports inventory and materials management team with coordinating activities for storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. Assists the department with administrator assignments, while conducting a variety of duties towards meeting the team's goals and business objectives. Assists in the inspection of a wide range of components, parts and materials as prescribed by all applicable specifications and quality assurance Instructions.

Duties:

• Kits materials & components for issuance to the warehouse floor.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through receipts, issues, and material stock transfers.
• Executes Cycle Counts of materials & components.
• Unloading of product deliveries.
• Unpacks and checks goods received and rejects unsatisfactory items.
• Utilizes various inspection tools to check dimensions on materials & component parts for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including ITAR, ISO9001, and AS9100.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory compliance.
• First Article Inspections.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills:

• 4 years of progressive experience with inventory management in an Aerospace manufacturing role.
• Ability to follow established job instructions and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Skilled at measuring and using test equipment as prescribed by job assignment.
• Capable of following instructions and applying processes and procedures to standard routine tasks.
• Must be able to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions, including engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and sketches.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office along with developed keyboarding skills.
• Experience with SAP & ERP Systems preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
