Full-Time Experienced Deli Manager
The primary purpose of the Deli Manager is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The Deli Manager is to establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. The Deli Manager is responsible for selecting and packaging products ordered by customers, filling and maintaining products and displays, preparing special orders and party trays and operating meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, grill, cutting tools, scale and other deli equipment. You will have a variety of tasks, working with both cold and hot foods. You will supervise and work with several employees throughout the Deli while responding to the Directors and Store Management Team.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Observe all store rules and company policies.
- Maintain a neat, well groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.
- Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
- Observe shift -operating hours at all times as scheduled by department manager.
- Assist in the production of all deli items, salads, snack trays, pizzas and entrees.
- Prepare party trays, catering orders, and other special orders.
- Display merchandise in an attractive, appealing and neat manner.
- Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and local health regulations on an ongoing basis.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Able to exert or lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and exert or lift negligible amounts of weight often.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience required. Must have Deli experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
