What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Program Manager position at Quest America?
- The Supply Chain Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Directing and managing the complete lifecycle of an SAP project including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements
- Developing complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents
- Determining project needs and acquiring resources required for the success of the project
- Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Candidate should understand supply chain and EDI integrations of both ANSI X12 and EDIFACT format.
- Candidate should have a open mind and be willing to write queries and interact with Boomi
- Delivering project objectives within agreed-upon schedule and budget
- Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team
- Identifying and mitigating risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders
- Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
- Developing and delivering progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation
- Facilitating status meetings with project stakeholders
- Holds self-accountability for meeting expectations and requirements of customers.
- Shows ability to learn new tools and processes.
- Shows flexibility in changing approach when needed.
- Creates integrated project plans associated with deploying new SAP systems.
- Experience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience.
- Ensures the quality and integrity of project work products.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Leads change management.
- Motivates the team by explaining priorities and objectives.
- Adheres to and analyzes project/program policies processes, standards, governance, and metrics.
- Makes recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery and expense reduction in projects.
- Excellent knowledge on Supply Chain process typically related to Retail industry
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
