Job Posting for New Home Sales Specialist at Quest Financial
As an New Home Sales Specialist for the Atlanta market, you’ll use your well-honed mentoring and coaching skills to lead New Home Sales Agents towards elevated sales performance. This is a critical role towards helping us to achieve our purpose – to enhance people’s quality of life.
Your extensive new home sales leadership expertise will enable you to guide your team, providing encouragement to help them develop a trusted relationship with our potential buyers resulting in sales conversion and delighted customers. Through you’re expertly executed sales rallies, training and team building activities, your team will be motivated, engaged and crushing their sales goals!
Total Comp up to $250k
Excellent benefits including car allowance of at least $500/month, cell phone allowance $75/month
New Home Sales Specialist Duties:
Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and closing goals.
Plan and lead regular sales team rallies to lead, inspire, and train.
Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales and closing goals.
Help to negotiate (as needed) and approve sales contracts
Continuously improve and periodically gather competitive information. Assist in analyzing data to secure market share and positioning.
Collaborate with Marketing team to achieve organizational objectives
Recruit and retain high quality Sales Agents
Maintain updated commission structure for Sales Agents for payroll approval
Act as liaison between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff and other management team members to resolve concerns and questions to ensure the Company objective of 100% total customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
Engage with the Construction and Land teams to stay knowledgeable with lot releases, development issues, and construction restraints to properly instruct Sales Agents.
Initiate the Start Up and Close Out process for communities under your direction.
Lead the sales team to continuously improve the efficiency of our homebuilding process. and stay current with all Product Development Changes
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
College degree preferred
Licenses:
Georgia Real Estate License
Experience:
Must have previous new home sales management experience
Specific training in sales and marketing techniques
Minimum of 2-5 years of related job experience
Related industry supervisory experience
Thorough knowledge of the home building industry relative to sales and marketing strategies
