- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with administrative tasks
- Provide support during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings

- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in proofreading legal documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
