Job Duties:
Foster strong team member relations at all levels, providing support for people development, coaching, and mentoring with a focus on teamwork and inclusion.
Collaborate closely with advisors.
Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefit programs for MTM.
Develop a consistent compensation philosophy aligned with the work culture and organizational objectives.
Research, develop, and execute benefit program modeling and analysis to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure legal compliance of compensation and benefit programs while supporting business objectives.
Support MTM business objectives through the continuous evaluation and implementation of comprehensive strategies for team member recruitment, retention, and engagement.
Monitor, measure, analyze, and support all compensation program activities with continuous improvement (Kaizen) in mind.
Manage outsourced vendor relationships, completing appropriate problem-solving and performance measurement for plan administration compliance.
Prepare and deliver management and team member communications.
Design, implement, and plan the administration of Health and Welfare programs, including medical, dental, and other miscellaneous benefit and recognition programs.
Complete ad hoc requests or special projects as directed.
Collaborate effectively across all internal teams to ensure effective support for and input from team members at all levels of the organization.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Serve as a communication liaison regarding significant compensation and benefit issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the department.
Be available to work outside of the normal work schedule, including weekends, holidays, shutdowns, and travel as needed (domestically and internationally).
IV. Contacts (Internal and External Customers): (Internally) Interface with managers, specialists, group leaders, and team members cross-functionally as needed to foster positive and clear channels of communication. (Externally) Participate in audits, visits, and external activities as requested. (Externally) Interface with benefit vendors, consultants, and third-party administrators.
Job Specifications Required (Education, Experience, Specific Skills):
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
3 years of relevant experience.
ERISA knowledge.
Understanding of laws and regulations governing labor relations, employee treatment, and wage and hours (ADA, EEOC, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).
Proficiency with mathematical and statistical application analysis tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with upper management.
Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience.
Automotive industry experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
