Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and task delegation
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and financial reports
