Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a Data Analyst in our Louisville, CO location.
The Data Analyst will work cross-functionally, supporting all areas of the organization by leveraging data and developing decision-making tools to provide actionable insights.
Core Responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business questions and find actionable insights utilizing multiple reporting tools.
- Work across multiple applications and determine appropriate reporting tool or data output to answer business question.
- Guide teams to well-informed decisions by creating visualizations and translating the results.
- Identify and communicate exceptions within the data.
- Promote adoption and provide instruction on effective use of reporting tools.
- Coordinate and conduct data migrations and validate data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and implementation partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, information technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience with business intelligence tools, ETL, and data warehousing.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems specific to system configuration, data governance, data management, data mining, and reporting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and creating advanced SQL queries.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM), warehouse management (WMS), product lifecycle management (PLM), and other enterprise related systems.

- Able to clearly present and explain abstract findings based on analysis of data.

- High attention to detail and ability to spot data integrity issues, clean, and merge data.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Quickly adapts to, adopts, and drives change.
- Demonstrates personal initiative. A self-starter who identifies and prioritizes what needs to be done and proactively seeks solutions.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
