Quick Sip has immediate openings for Management in Joplin, Missouri, that can assist in our start-up, develop the Team, and create a store that functions at a very high level of execution and exudes a fun and enjoyable culture for employees and patrons. The Quick Sip Store Manager is responsible for the business’s growth, staffing, execution, and profitability. In addition to scheduling shifts, the Store Manager is expected to coach, train, perform administrative duties, and oversee operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Must become proficient in creation of all coffee’s, drinks, processes, and opening and closing responsibilities.
- Maintains excellent wait times, cleanliness, SOP discipline, and customer interactions through effective leadership, training, coaching.
- Provides regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth
- Works with their crews needs and availability to create a weekly shift schedule, maintaining budgeted cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines
- Tracks and orders necessary inventory, and equipment needed while maintaining financial prudence.
- Responsible for appropriate management of cash register, deposits, and financial reporting.
- Works in a self-sufficient manner and involves the Quick Sip GM when the situation requires.
- Responsible for ensuring that the team crew meets/exceeds all local, state, and federal health and safety requirements.
- Continuously developing Shift Leads and crew for seamless succession.
- Promptly implements and communicates directives from upper management
- Responsible for hiring, terminating, and disciplinary actions related to the shift leads and baristas.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous leadership experience in a fast serve restaurant required. Experience in coffee/drink store is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and growing teams that practice discipline to procedure, a sense of urgency, while have a smile on their face and a smile in their voice.
- Comfortable and effective with addressing operational, procedural, or cultural issues
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Can stand comfortably for hours at a time
- • Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the store.
- Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive thru line
- Can quickly and effectively operate any position in the stand during peak hours
- Can maintain awareness of the shifts operations while working a position
- Can adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations
- Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines
- Can effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
- Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 20 team members
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Email
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have and keep a valid drivers license
Compensation
Salary plus bonus opportunities

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
